We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, though everything was very good. The staff was good and provided us with tips. The location was favourable and great, in the middle of jackson, convenient to go everywhere. It was also not far from Beach, Rincon for anything and island. Greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel...

The rooms at Yukayeke Playa Resort were ancient with ongoing electric shocks when trying to turn on lights. I expected a warm welcome gift or even a complimentary upgrade, but it seems that's too much to ask. Just 2 towels for a family? Really? Almost left a good review but just couldn't.

The spacious family room reminded me of a home away from home, thanks to the full-size kitchen, made breakfast prep easy. The pool area was fine. The calm beach offered lovely strolls, which the family enjoyed. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, as there were areas that hadn't been properly cleaned. The light switches shocked us a couple of times, alarming. Having only two towels for four people was quite inconvenient. It's very clear that a car is essential for getting around, as the local amenities were minimal. A simple book with important information like wifi password or nearby dining spots would improve the guest experience significantly. There are great features here, but attention to cleanliness and better communication of services would elevate the stay.
